Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or in the process of licensure in this state.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA and Colorado SLP licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans with goals.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans within established care plans.
• Perform tests and complex therapies with or without assistance.
• Collaborate with other therapists and physicians on patient progress.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Provide a full range of speech therapy modalities based on education and needs.
