Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team in a SNF setting. You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an evaluation.

The role requires strong communication with patients, families, and the treatment team, and experience with standardized assessments, swallowing evaluations, and developing and monitoring treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Experience with standardized speech/language assessments.
• Ability to conduct swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans and patient progress.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a SNF setting following an individualized plan of care.
• Evaluate patients using standardized speech-language assessments and conduct swallowing evaluations; develop and monitor treatment plans.
