AnthroMed Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Melvindale, MI. The role supports three buildings across a K-12 district partnership, primarily preschool and elementary students, including some AAC users.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 annual salary, based on experience and qualifications.

We are looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. This role will support three buildings within one of our district partnerships and offers strong team collaboration along with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives.While the schools range from PreK through 12th grade, the caseload is primarily made up of preschool and elementary-aged students with a wide range of abilities, including some AAC users. The district is eager to begin interviewing and identify the right fit as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday.
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, interpreters, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
• Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
• Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing).
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.
