Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services Inc is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in the East Bay area. The SLP will conduct evaluations, provide direct therapy, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and school staff to promote student success.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and an active CA SLP license (or eligibility). Pediatric/school experience is preferred. Competitive pay with benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students.
• Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school guidelines.
• Support use of AAC and assistive technology as needed.

What You’ll Do:
