You will also be documenting all patient care, observing and participating in treatment, and adjusting goals and milestones as needed for the best possible outcomes. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across the lifespan
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs and evidence-based practices
• Deliver direct therapy services to support and enhance clients speech, language, and communication abilities
• Track and document client progress, making data-informed adjustments to therapy plans as necessary
• Educate and support families and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals and strategies in home and community settings
• Maintain detailed, timely, and compliant documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes

Qualifications

• Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current and valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
• Prior experience in a clinical, educational, or healthcare setting as an SLP is preferred
• Proficient in using standardized assessment tools and evidence-based therapy techniques for treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail in documentation and treatment planning

Work Environment & Schedule

• Full-time position (typically aligned with school calendar).
• Caseload of approximately 50 55 students across multiple school sites.
• Primarily school-based work with a mix of direct therapy, indirect consultation, documentation, and team collaboration.
