Job summary

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Trilogy Health Services, LLC is responsible for comprehensive speech-language pathology services, including assessment, planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary setting. licensure in state required or pending; CCC-SLP ASHA preferred; CPR preferred.

Position based in Sylvania, OH at The Lakes of Sylvania with competitive pay and benefits. Must have Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and an active or pending state license.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or pending licensure.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care.
• Other duties as assigned.
