Topaz Fiscal Services LLC seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to plan and administer a speech therapy program for patients/residents recovering after illness or injury. Requires master’s in SLP and CCC/CFY, plus Alabama licensure.

Responsibilities include evaluating referrals, developing treatment plans, collaborating with physicians, supervising aides, documenting progress, and assisting in department policy development for compliant care.

Competenze

• Credentialed graduate of an accredited college or university with a master's degree in speech-language pathology and valid CCC, or CFY progress.
• Licensed in the state where practicing.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and to work indoors with exposure to some disagreeable conditions.
• Travel within a local area for patient treatment.

Mansioni

• Review and evaluate physician referrals and patient/resident records to determine speech therapy treatment.
• Plan and prepare written treatment programs based on evaluation data.
• Confer with physicians and health professionals to obtain information and integrate speech therapy with care.
• Record patient/resident treatment, response, and progress.
• Supervise speech therapy aides and assist in training students.
