Qualifications

• Must possess valid license or eligible for licensing as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois.
• Experience in SNF settings or long-term care is preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills for collaboration with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care.
• Administer standardized speech-language assessments and conduct swallowing evaluations.
