Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic SNF team. You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an evaluation.

You will administer standardized assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor patients’ progress while collaborating with families and the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conducting swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring progress.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide patient care in a SNF setting.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient information.
