Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in South Miami, FL. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.

The role requires Florida licensure, current BLS, and offers competitive compensation with benefits, travel stipends, and support from a clinical team. New grads are welcome to apply with appropriate qualifications.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license in Florida.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology (preferred).
• CCC-SLP certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessments.
• Document progress and maintain EMR accuracy.
• Educate patients and families on therapy strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control.
