Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and administer speech-language and swallowing therapy.
• Design and revise plan of care and goals for each patient.
• Provide written/verbal reports to physicians and document according to unit standards.
• Participate in in-service education programs and team activities.
• Stay current on advances in speech and swallowing disorders.
