Job summary

Infor is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech, language, and dysphagia services to patients. The role includes evaluations, planning individualized care, treatments, and home programs within the Physical Therapy/Sports Rehab department.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and an active Michigan license. BLS or CPR is commonly required; experience with diverse patient ages is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
• Current Michigan license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient evaluations and administers treatment for speech-language and swallowing disorders.
• Designs and revises plan of care and goals.
• Provides written/verbal reports to physicians and maintains documentation per standards.
• Participates in in-service education and inter-disciplinary teams.
• Keeps abreast of current trends in speech and swallowing disorders.
