Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders at our Graham, NC location. This role emphasizes collaboration with a leadership team that values your clinical perspective and professional autonomy.

Requirements include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, an active state SLP license with CCC-SLP, and 1 year of prior experience.

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
