Job summary

Beacon Health Options in Indiana is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to diagnose and treat adults and children with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders across inpatient, outpatient, and rehab settings.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, document outcomes, supervise therapy assistants, collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation teams, and participate in ongoing professional development while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and Indiana licensure required.
• Experience in acute care, inpatient rehab or outpatient settings preferred.
• Must maintain current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for speech, language, cognitive, swallow disorders in adults and/or children.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and reassess as needed.
• Supervise therapy assistants and coordinate with rehab teams.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Participate in departmental programs and pursue continuing education.
