Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute in Colorado is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist-PRN to join our inter-disciplinary team. You will deliver speech therapy services to residents, support care goals, and document progress in Casamba and Point Click Care.

Must be a graduate of an ASHA-approved program with an active CO SLP license and CPR as requested. Competitive hourly pay and ongoing growth opportunities in a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (ASHA preferred).
• Active Colorado SLP license required.
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care is preferred.
• CPR as requested and computer skills for therapy documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Therapy services to residents as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
• Assess and develop treatment plans, document progress in Casamba and Point Click Care.
• Participate in care conferences and contribute to a positive care environment.

Successful Candidate

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Speech Program by ASHA.
• Experience in providing appropriate care in post-acute or long-term care environment (preferred)
• Current, unencumbered, active Colorado Speech Therapist License (required)
• CPR (as requested)
• Successfully completed a national examination in SLP approved by the HHS Secretary. Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility a plus!

Rate Range $55-$60/hour
