Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join an inter-disciplinary team in Grand Junction, Colorado. You will provide Speech Therapy services to residents in a post-acute/long-term care setting, with emphasis on quality care and patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an ASHA-accredited program credential, Colorado license, and experience in SNF/LTC environments; Casamba and Point Click Care proficiency is preferred. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ASHA-accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Colorado license required to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care is preferred.
• Proficiency with Casamba and Point Click Care is a plus.
• CPR certification as requested and compliance with relevant examinations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Therapy services to residents in a post-acute/long-term care setting.
• Collaborate with an inter-disciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Document progress and input data using Casamba and PCC systems.
• Maintain licensure, participate in ongoing training and growth.
