Qualifications

• Current state licensure as Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certified CLS or completion of certification within first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate all assigned patients and develop treatment plans.
• Delegate and direct all discipline-specific therapy services.
• Ensure design of functional treatment programs.
• Act as an educator for patients and families.
• Perform professional duties related to patient care.
• Coordinate treatment programs with other services.
