West Gables Rehabilitation Hospital in Miami, FL is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time role. Compensation ranges from $82,690 to $111,280, based on experience, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

The hospital addresses brain and spinal injuries, neurological disorders, and orthopedic issues with a comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation program. Minimum qualifications include current state licensure as an SLP and BLS certification or completion within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as Speech Language Pathologist is required.
• BLS certification or completion within first 90 days of employment is required.
• CCC in Speech-Language Pathology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate all assigned patients and develop and modify treatment plan as directed by physician.
• Delegate and supervise therapy services for assigned patients.
• Design functional treatment programs to enable return to community activities.
• Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues about therapy.
• Coordinate treatment with other clinical services and community resources.
