Job summary

Select Medical Rehabilitation - Miami Lakes is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for a per diem/PRN role housed inside the Miami Lakes hospital. The position offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus and opportunities for day or weekend shifts with a focus on brain injury, spinal cord injury, and neurological rehabilitation.

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist is required, with CCC or completion within 90 days preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as Speech Language Pathologist.
• CCC or completion within 90 days of employment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop/modifiy treatment plans.
• Oversee and direct therapy services for assigned patients.
• Design functional treatment programs to support community reintegration.
• Educate patients, families, and staff about therapy goals and progress.
• Coordinate with other clinical services to optimize patient care.
