ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions in Hawthorne, California seeks an experienced and driven clinical supervisor (SLP) to help children live life to the fullest. You will lead an interdisciplinary team, manage your own caseload, and deliver best-in-class care with a focus on outcomes across birth to 21 years.

The role offers growth opportunities, flexible scheduling (Mon–Fri, 8 am–8 pm), comprehensive benefits, and earnings potential up to $111,495 annually including bonus.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
• 2–3 years of experience working as an SLP (Pediatrics preferred).
• Strong communication level and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work with other divisions for a holistic, whole-child approach.

Mansioni

• Provide one-on-one SLP sessions for children from birth to 21 years.

What You Will Need:
