ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions in Hawthorne, CA seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver pediatric care to children from birth to 21 years. You will manage your own caseload, tailor treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote holistic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an OT.
• Pediatrics experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one OT sessions for children from birth to 21 years.
• Tailor treatment plans to meet each child’s needs.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of PTs, SLPs, developmental interventionists and EIS for holistic care.
• Support schedule planning and referral development to ensure a “whole child” approach.
