ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient pediatric clinic. You will design individualized treatment plans for children birth to 21, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and lead one-on-one sessions to advance outcomes.

We offer a flexible compensation model, a Monday-Friday schedule, and opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and ongoing training. Licensure in California as a PT is required or pending.

What You Will Need:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a PT.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
• A desire for continuous learning and growth.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Must have a high communication level, great self-control, and really enjoy working with others.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Demonstrate initiative and effectively manage your own caseload, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Provide tailored one-on-one sessions to make a real impact in each child's care plan.
• Work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a "whole child" approach to all therapies offered.
• Work independently as a self-driven clinician while continuing to grow within our interdisciplinary team.
