ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions in Hawthorne, California is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to supervise clinical services for children aged birth to 21. You will conduct one-on-one sessions, tailor treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to drive exceptional patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of pediatric SLP experience, state licensure, strong communication, and a commitment to growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
• A desire for continuous learning and growth.
• 2–3 years of experience working as an SLP (Pediatrics Preferred).
• Must have a high communication level, great self-control, and really enjoy working with others.
• Must be willing to work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a “whole child” approach to all therapies offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to each child’s needs.
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff as part of leadership responsibilities.
• Collaborate with therapists across disciplines to create holistic care plans.
• Manage own caseload efficiently and ensure timely progress notes.
• Contribute to quality improvement and best outcomes for patients.
