Job summary

ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions in Hawthorne, CA is seeking an experienced clinical supervisor (SLP) to lead pediatric speech-language pathology services. You will manage your own caseload, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and help shape treatment plans to achieve best outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
• 2-3 years of experience working as an SLP (Pediatrics preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one speech-language therapy sessions for birth to 21 years.
• Collaborate with PT, OT, and other team members to coordinate care.
• Manage own caseload independently and ensure timely progress.

What You Will Need:

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
