Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
• 2-3 years of experience working as an SLP (Pediatrics preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; initiative and self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one speech-language pathology services for children from birth to 21 years old.
• Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to support a holistic approach to care.
• Manage own caseload, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
