Job summary

ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for our pediatric outpatient clinic. You will design tailored therapy plans for children birth to 21, manage your own caseload, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
• 2–3 years of experience working as an SLP (Pediatrics preferred).
• Strong communication, self-control and collaboration with others.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate initiative and effectively manage your own caseload, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Provide tailored one-on-one sessions to make a real impact in each child's care plan.
• Work with other divisions of the organization on scheduling, referrals, and team cooperation to ensure a holistic approach to therapies.
• Work independently as a self-driven clinician while growing within our interdisciplinary team.

What You Will Need:
