Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve communication, cognitive function, and swallowing.
• Perform comprehensive assessments using subjective evaluations and objective tests to determine patient needs and treatment goals.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and families, and consult with physicians to support care coordination.

Having 7 SLP's on current staff, CFY candidates are welcome to apply. Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, sign on bonus, student loan reimbursement, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
