Job summary

Amazing Care in Dallas is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home pediatric therapy. You will assess, plan, and implement interventions to support each child’s independence and quality of life, with a flexible schedule for part-time or full-time positions.

Qualifications

• Texas license as Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience in pediatric home health preferred.
• Excellent communication with families and children.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.
• Conduct evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments.
• Educate families on home exercise programs, adaptive strategies, and daily living skills.
• Document treatment sessions, progress notes, and care plan updates accurately.
• Participate in care coordination, team meetings, and discharge planning.
• Stay current with pediatric Speech-Language Pathology best practices and regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients. You’ll assess, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate interventions that support each child’s functional independence and quality of life.

Scheduling Options:

• Part-Time: Fewer than 24 visits per week
• Full-Time: 25+ visits per week

Key Responsibilities:
