Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home pediatric therapy across Texas. The role offers part-time or full-time options with a flexible schedule to fit your availability and lifestyle.

You will assess, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate interventions, educate families, and collaborate with the care team to support each child’s functional independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Conduct evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments.
• Educate families on home exercise programs and daily living skills.
• Document treatment sessions, progress notes, and care plan updates.
• Participate in care coordination, team meetings, and discharge planning.
• Stay current with pediatric therapy best practices and regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients. You'll assess, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate interventions that support each child's functional independence and quality of life.

Scheduling Options:

• Part-Time: Fewer than 24 visits per week
• Full-Time: 25+ visits per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.

Requirements

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Texas
• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges
