Job summary

Amazing Care, Inc. is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home pediatric therapy across Dallas area.

You will assess, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate interventions to support each child’s functional independence and quality of life, with emphasis on family education and collaborative care. We offer flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time), consistent visits near your location, strong back‑office support, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Texas.
• Experience in pediatric home health preferred.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.
• Conduct evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments.
• Educate families on home strategies and daily living activities.
• Document treatment sessions and care plan updates accurately.
• Participate in care coordination and discharge planning.
• Stay current with pediatric SLP best practices and regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients. You’ll assess, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate interventions that support each child’s functional independence and quality of life.

Scheduling Options:

• Part-Time: Fewer than 24 visits per week

• Full-Time: 25+ visits per week

Key Responsibilities:
