Job summary

Amazing Care, Inc. is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home pediatric therapy in the Dallas area. You will assess, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate interventions to improve each child’s functional independence and quality of life.

We offer flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time options, a supportive team, back-office assistance, and a competitive salary plus benefits. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Texas.
• Experience in pediatric home health preferred.
• Excellent communication with families and children.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for pediatric patients.
• Assess child development and adjust treatment plans.
• Educate families on home exercise programs and daily living activities.
• Document sessions and progress in EMR.
• Coordinate with care teams and discharge planning.
• Stay current with pediatric speech-language pathology best practices.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients. You’ll assess, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate interventions that support each child’s functional independence and quality of life.

Scheduling Options:

• Part-Time: Fewer than 24 visits per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.
• Conduct evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments.
• Educate families on home exercise programs, adaptive strategies, and daily living skills.
• Document treatment sessions, progress notes, and care plan updates accurately.
• Participate in care coordination, team meetings, and discharge planning.
• Stay current with pediatric OT best practices and regulatory requirements.
