Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Licensed by State of West Virginia as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with geriatric population preferred.
• Good interpersonal and public relations skills.
• Able to use computer in basic word processing, email correspondence, and excel applications.

Responsabilités

• Perform evaluations to determine problems and goals after physician referral.
• Document treatments, assessments and evaluations in the medical record.
• Develop and evaluate teaching plans with family involvement.
• Develop and implement treatment programs in consultation with physicians.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate progress to the care team.
