Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Valid state Speech Language Pathologist license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services for patients, including screening, evaluation, and treatment.
• Develop initial and ongoing plans of care and discharge planning.
• Supervise assistants and rehab techs as appropriate; participate in case management.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing practice.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.
