We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Speech Therapist (SLP) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team in a fast‑paced Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals
• Deliver evidence‑based therapy interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as neededCollaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and physical therapists
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and recovery plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with SNF regulations and therapy standards

Qualifications
