Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Autumn Care of Raeford, Raeford, NC. This part-time, daytime role focuses on evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders with a therapist-led approach.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, an active state SLP license, and CCC-SLP. A minimum of one year of SLP experience is preferred; we offer 401k with company match and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of SLP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
