Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to serve in an acute care setting. You will work daily with a diverse caseload and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited speech therapy program.
• Valid license to practice occupational therapy in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider certification through recognized bodies.
• Speech Language Pathologist Provisional Permit or CCC-SLP license in Idaho (or CCC-SLP with Idaho licensure).
• Preferred: 1 year of Acute care experience.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree from an accredited speech therapy program.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  • Valid license to practice occupational therapy in state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
  • One of the following:
    • Speech Language Pathologist Provisional Permit to practice in the state of Idaho OR
    • Speech Language Pathologist License to practice in the state of Idaho AND ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Preferred qualifications:
  • 1 year of Acute care experience
