Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Shorewood clinic, serving children from birth to 18 years old. This part-time evening position combines clinical excellence with a collaborative team environment.

You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focus on communication goals using verbal and non-verbal skills, and support families to reinforce progress at home. Master’s degree and IL licensure required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Pass the Praxis Examination in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Completion of your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• SLP licensure or license eligibility in the state of Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement treatment plans for pediatric clients, from birth to age 18.
• Create client-specific goals focused on effective communication, utilizing verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Provide support and guidance to the clients’ family enabling them to foster the behaviors and practices implemented in treatment.
