Role Overview

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed in Texas to provide pediatric speech therapy at Cole Pediatric Therapy.

Compensation & Employment Types

• Employee – Guaranteed hourly rate: $33‑$41 per hour based on experience, guaranteed hours, W‑2 position, 20+ hours per week for benefits.
• Employee – Pay Per Visit (PPV): $50‑$80 per hour when with a patient, W‑2, benefits for 20+ hours per week.
• Contractor/PRN: 1099, $60 per hour ($30 per 30 minute session) and $80 per evaluation, no benefits.

Location & Schedule

13201 Northwest Freeway, Suite 100, Houston, TX‑77040. Flexible schedule; traditional or extended days, including half‑day Friday.
