Job summary

Lone Tree Post Acute in California is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team on a part-time basis. Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing setting.

You will develop individualized plans, collaborate with nursing and therapy teams, educate residents and families, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute settings is a plus.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
