Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. in Elmira, NY is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in both outpatient and inpatient settings within our health system.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy to pediatric and adult patients while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have an accredited SLP degree, NY licensure eligibility, CCC from ASHA or eligibility to obtain,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Eligible for New York State licensure and registration.
• CCC from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain.
• 1–2 years hospital-based experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans based on physician orders.
