Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification and Texas licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Proficient with clinical documentation systems and related software.

• Experience handling confidential patient information with discretion.
• Able to perform duties primarily in a standing position.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services to patients according to orders and Plan of Care.
• Design and implement engaging exercises tailored to each patient’s goals.
• Provide counseling and support to patients and families.
• Establish measurable goals and track patient progress.
• Ensure proper setup, use, and sterilization of therapy equipment.
• Review patient records to develop personalized treatment approaches.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure.
