• Ability to tailor therapy and interventions for diverse student needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with IEP goals and state/federal guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to help shape student goals.
• Provide consultation and strategies for integrating communication supports within classrooms.
