Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
• Current Indiana Speech-Language Pathology license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Interest in working with children with neurodevelopmental disabilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication skills with families and other professionals.
• A commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care that helps clients achieve their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric outpatient speech-language evaluations and treatment.
• Participate in interdisciplinary neurodevelopmental evaluations.
• Develop meaningful recommendations with families and professionals.
• Coordinate speech-language services within the Neurodevelopmental Clinic.
• Select and administer standardized assessments.
• Communicate evaluation findings, treatment recommendations, and progress with families, physicians, educators, and other professionals.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and their families.
• Collaborate with fellow speech-language pathologists and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
