Job summary

ProgressiveHealth is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Evansville, IN team in a busy clinical setting. This full-time role includes a weekend rotation and the option for a 4- or 5-day week, offering strong growth and hands-on patient care.

You will plan and direct rehabilitative programs, administer tests, and develop individualized plans while maintaining compliance with regulations. A master’s or doctoral degree, active state licensure, and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• State licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Indiana.
• CPR/AED/BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, or conduct rehabilitative treatment programs to restore communicative efficiency.
• Provide counseling and language development therapy to clients.
• Review files to obtain background information prior to evaluation.
• Administer, score, and interpret standardized speech tests.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate and monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain records per regulations and policy.
• Participate in meetings and professional development activities.
• Instruct clients to monitor and practice new skills.
