Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive needs, and dysphagia. The role emphasizes patient-centered care delivered in patients’ homes and communities.

You will contribute to integrated treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams and utilize evidence-based activities to address functional goals, accepting patients for PRN assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology is required.
• State licensure is required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-SLP) is required.
• Experience in treatment of neurologically related disorders preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers
• Experience treating traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, or other neurological or complex orthopedic diagnoses is relevant to the role

Demonstrates expertise in evaluating and treating speech and language impairments, cognitive needs, and dysphagia, while providing patient-centered care and developing integrated treatment plans. Strong ability to communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based therapeutic activities.
