Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat swallowing and communication disorders in residents of senior living communities. You will establish goals, design evidence-based treatment programs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.

Responsibilities include one-on-one therapy, participating in clinical conferences, and delivering personalized care to enhance residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology school.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
