Job summary

Jobtailor in Mishawaka, IN seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques. Establish treatment goals and develop individualized programs based on a full clinical evaluation in a senior living setting.

You will work with a coordinated care team, provide private sessions, participate in clinical conferences, and deliver personalized rehabilitative care to residents to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), or ability to obtain prior to starting.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
