Position Type: Part‑time • Instructional Days: 196 days per year • Specialty: Student Support – Speech, Language, and Swallowing Disorders.

Job Summary: Responsible for developing, planning, organizing, and implementing a therapy program to meet the needs of speech, language, and hearing‑impaired students, while ensuring that all procedures are followed to maintain safety and security and to meet federal, state, and local regulations.

Education, Training & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in the field of Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD), or related field.
  • Enrollment in a Master’s degree program at an accredited institution in the field of Speech‑Language Pathology, or related field.
  • OR
  • Acceptance into a Master’s degree program at an accredited institution in the field of Speech‑Language Pathology, or related field, within a year of hire.
Certificates, Licenses & Registrations
  • Valid and current Florida certification in the field, or hold appropriate state license for position.

Job Requirements

Part‑time instructional position. Candidates may combine SLP openings at multiple schools to work additional days.
