Job Summary

Responsible for developing, planning, organizing, and implementing a therapy program to meet the needs of speech, language, and hearing‑impaired students, while ensuring all procedures are followed to maintain safety and security and to meet federal, state, and local regulations.

Education, Training & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD) or related field
• Enrollment in a master’s degree program at an accredited institution in Speech‑Language Pathology or related field
• OR
• Acceptance into a master’s degree program at an accredited institution in Speech‑Language Pathology or related field within a year of hire

Certificates, Licenses & Registrations

• Valid and current Florida certification in field, or hold appropriate state license for position

Applicants with a bachelor level and clinical fellowship year (CFY) are encouraged to apply.

Mentoring and supervision for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) are available.
