Powerback Rehabilitation in Florida seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive therapy services across settings including home and school visits. You will screen, evaluate, design treatment plans and document progress, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers mentorship for new grads, continuing education credits, and visa sponsorship possibilities; travel across the U.S. for work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in state(s) of practice or be eligible for licensure.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CFYs, students and support personnel per licensure and standards.
• Attend patient care and staffing conferences and contribute to treatment planning.
• Screen, evaluate, and document patient progress; develop goals and designs plans of care.
• Coordinate care in home and community with multidisciplinary team.
• Perform routine reexamination and progress modulation of treatment plans.
